Everything about my experience with Secard Pools & Spa's has been positive.  From the front end, where Rachel, Edna and the entire sales team in the Orange County Store made me feel welcome and answered my questions... to the delivery team coordinated by Chris and consisting of Jason, Carlos, Michael, Jesus, and Hector; the Seacard team is as customer focused as they come.  Because of some problems finishing the rehab on my house, I asked Secard to store my spa for a couple of months.  They were very gracious and professional... and easily scheduled the delivery when my slab was poured and ready to go.  I would use them again and again!  Keep up the great work!

We love our hot tub. We can't believe we waited 100 years before having this liquid vacation right in our own backyard. The path to acquiring a spa in our possession took quite a while. We are relentless in our research. We talked to everybody in the LA metro area, including Wayfair.com. We kept running into lengthy wait times and high pressure sales people or just plain bad communication skills. It was easier finding health insurance. SECARD made it fluid and easy from first contact through installation. Not only did SECARD have a wide variety of choices available right now, we found exactly what we wanted AND it was in our price range. As novice spa owners, Manager Greg Budinko  didn't talk down to us. He was patient. He told us what we needed to know, answered our questions patiently, and was there for support much later after the tub was at our house and we were figuring it out. What a guy! We bought with confidence because of him. Even the delivery service associated with SECARD was incredible. On time, efficient, quick &courteous - and we live on a giant hill! PLAN B was fantastic!

I absolutely love my new pool and spa. It is gorgeous. What a transformation! My yard went from ugly and disgusting to beautiful and relaxing.

I met Greg at the County Fair and liked him immediately. He wasn't a pushy salesman and knew a lot regarding their pools. I wanted one but unfortunately, I had to wait. Two years later, yes two years later I still wanted my pool and called Greg. He had the same number and agreed to meet at the County Fair ( the deals are unbelievable during that time). I left the fair a few hours later a proud owner of a new pool, jacuzzi with a gazebo and bar.

The crew broke ground on Oct. 24th 2019 and they were completely finished by Jan. 24th 2020. Chris was my contact person in the office and he was nothing but professional the entire few months. We had a few hiccups but nothing major and the small issues were corrected immediately.

Buying a hot tub from Secard was a great experience! They were very low-key, with no pressure or hard-sell tactics and they let me take all the time I needed. My salesperson, Gloria, was wonderful. Knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and helpful, quick to answer any questions I had. When I explained that recent back surgery had impaired my balance and I was concerned about getting in and out of a tub safely, she introduced me to a vertical safety rail that I could hang onto when getting in or out. It has turned out to be an absolute life-saver. I'm very happy with my new tub and so glad I went to Secard to get it.

I highly recommend Secard Pools in Hesperia. I was lucky enough to get out of an agreement with Lifetime Solutions, and was very hesitant to enter in to an agreement with any other company selling spas. Laurie at Secard is amazing! Talk about no pressure sales! The only questions she asked us was about our preferences and what we thought we might want, and then she showed a number of different products.

There was never any pressure and after we did select a spa and gazebo, the set up was quick and efficient and very clean. We received our products in a reasonable time. We got an excellent price on both the Cal Spa and the beautiful gazebo.

Do not make a decision about buying a spa without first going into Secard Pools and Spa. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you ignore this advice. I am now a very enthusiastic and satisfied customer.
